Orders & Shipping
How quickly are orders fulfilled?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days and then shipped. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the next business day.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
My order hasn’t shipped yet — what should I do?
If your order has not shipped within 1–2 business days, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team and we will be happy to look into it.
Occasionally fulfillment may take slightly longer during periods of high demand or inclement weather, but we will always do our best to get your order moving as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are transmitted to our fulfillment partner shortly after they are placed so that they can be processed and dispatched quickly.
Because of this, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been submitted. This includes address changes and order modifications.
If you have a concern, please contact our customer care team and we will do our best to assist.
My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my package.
Occasionally carriers mark a parcel as delivered slightly before it physically arrives. We recommend allowing up to 48 hours for the package to arrive.
In the meantime, we suggest checking:
• With neighbours or household members
• Around alternate delivery locations (porch, side entrance, parcel locker)
If the package has not arrived after 48 hours, please contact our team and we will assist further.
Please note that customers may need to file a claim directly with the carrier in cases of stolen packages.

Do you accept returns?
Because our products are food items, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns.

Gymkhana Fine Foods was created by the team behind the two-Michelin-starred Gymkhana restaurant in London.
Our sauces and marinades bring the bold flavours and culinary traditions of the restaurant into home kitchens, making it easier to cook deeply flavourful Indian food with confidence.
Who developed your recipes?
Our recipes are inspired by the dishes served at Gymkhana, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant in London.
They were developed in collaboration with the restaurant’s culinary team to capture the depth, balance, and complexity of Indian cooking in a format that works easily for home kitchens.
How spicy are your sauces?
Our sauces range from mild to bold, depending on the flavour.
For Simmer Sauces, Korma is the mildest, Butter Masala is mild, Goan Curry and Tikka Masala sit in the middle, and Madras is the spiciest.
For Marinades, Green Tikka is mild, Roasted Garlic & Chilli is medium, and Tandoori BBQ is medium-hot.
How do I cook with your simmer sauces?
Our simmer sauces make it easy to prepare deeply flavourful Indian dishes at home. Simply sauté your protein or vegetables until lightly browned, add one jar of sauce, and simmer until everything is cooked through. Each jar is typically designed for 400–600g (14–21 oz) of protein or vegetables and serves 2–3 people, depending on portion size.
If desired, you can finish the dish with fresh herbs, yoghurt, or a squeeze of lime.
How do I cook with your marinades?
Our marinades are bold and aromatic, inspired by the menu of the two-Michelin-starred Gymkhana restaurant in London.
For best results, coat your protein or vegetables generously and marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking. They are ideal for grilling, roasting, or air frying.
They work especially well with chicken, paneer, cauliflower, prawns, or lamb.
Do your products need to be refrigerated? What is the shelf life of your products once opened?
Our Simmer Sauces and Marinades are shelf stable until opened and should be stored in a cool, dry place. The best before date is printed on each jar.
Once opened: Simmer Sauces should be refrigerated and consumed within 5 days. Marinades should be refrigerated and consumed within 10 days.
Are your products vegan or gluten-free?
Several of our products are naturally vegan and gluten-free.
Because ingredient profiles vary by flavour, we recommend checking the individual product pages for full ingredient and allergen details.
Do your products contain artificial ingredients?
No. Our sauces and marinades are made with all-natural ingredients and contain no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives.
Subscription
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Many of our products are available through subscription on our website, allowing you to receive your favourite sauces and marinades on a recurring schedule.
Subscribers also receive preferred pricing and the convenience of automatic delivery.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can update, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account portal.

Sustainability
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. Our glass jars are 100% recyclable. Once finished, simply rinse the jar and place it in your local recycling.
